Prospective Students

The program is open to first-year students in all schools and colleges, whatever their chosen field of study. To apply, interested students should indicate the Leadership Residential Academic Program as their first choice on their Housing application as early as possible. Admission is determined by the receipt date of the housing request and is first-come, first served.

Before you can sign up for housing and the Leadership RAP you must first pay a $200 “Intent to Enroll” deposit to admissions. Your student information will then be released to Housing and you will be asked to create an “Identikey” log-in name.  At that time you can go to the CU Housing Reservation website and  apply for housing and the Leadership RAP. You may select the either the Chancellor’s Leadership Studies Program (CLSP)  or the Ethnic Living and Learning Studies Program (ELLC) in Stearns Towers East.

Students in the CLSP will reside on the 8th and 9th floor of Stearns East.  ELLC students will be placed on the 3rd and 4th floors.

If you have already been assigned a residence hall elsewhere contact Housing at reservations@colorado.edu , tell them your name, student number and hall assignment and and tell them you would like to be placed in the Leadership Residential Academic Program in either the CLSP or ELLC program..

Please copy LeadershipRAP@colorado.edu in your emails to Housing.
